Scope and Contents

Contains newspaper clippings, print articles, and event material such as programs, pamphlets, and agendas. Most relate to events that Bertha attended and articles in which she was featured, mostly for honors and awards she received, as well as general articles about the racial history of Wilmington and education content she found important. Also included is a Star-News supplement of the 275th anniversary of Wilmington from 2014.
