Assignment from Charles Carroll of Howard County, Maryland, to his son, John Lee Carroll, of Baltimore, Maryland. Dated December 5, 1857, this deed grants to John Lee Carroll two lots in Baltimore that were assigned to Charles Carroll by Winson N. Nicholas, in a deed dated July 16, 1856, subject to annual rent on each lot.

The map shows three lots and three deeds, indicating all three lots were formerly from Wilson N. Nicholas and wife to Charles Carroll.
