Scope and Contents
This series consists of communications from the Weather Bureau Main Office in Washington, D.C., that explains how to perform the various tasks in running an observation post. Included are accounting instructions, directions on how to make various measurements of weather conditions and how to list them, as well as how to estimate supply needs and condition of supplies and weather observation shelters. Also included are announcements on beginning and ending dates for seasonal and/or specialized reports and which particular weather measurements should be included or excluded in them in comparison to regular reports.
