Scope and Contents

Of note is correspondence on the following topics: construction and repairs to the Yow beach cottage at Wrightsville Beach following two hurricanes; correspondence with Champion Davis regarding various aspects of a tax bill in the North Carolina legislature; an invitation to attend the dedication of Sunny Point Army Terminal; and congratulatory letters on the appointment of Yow as attorney for the City of Wilmington and his resignation letter to the county.
