Contains materials pertaining to real estate transactions of Wilmington’s Block 31, the parameters being S. Front Street, Dawson Street, S. Second Street, and Wright Street. These documents include envelopes and packets, plat drawings, single sheets of notes, business correspondence, mortgage certificates, deeds, descriptions of the locations, Mechanics' Home Association documents, and an affidavit.
