Contains materials pertaining to real estate transactions of Wilmington’s Block 194, the parameters being N. Fourth Street, Grace Street, N. Fifth Avenue, and Chestnut Street. These documents include envelopes, plat drawings, single sheets of notes, correspondence, mortgage certificates, deeds, Mechanics' Home Association documents, newspaper clippings, and indentures. Names of specific people mentioned in these records include John D. Bellamy, Mary Gardner, Oscar Pearsal, C. A. McKay, W. C. Bethucourt, A. R.
