Letter from Lauch Faircloth to Cyrus Hogue reassuring Hogue that he will attempt to move planning for the bridge as quickly as possible. Faircloth also mentions discussing money for Wilmington College with Governor Terry Sanford and alludes resolving a problem for Hugh MacRae. With this letter, he enclosed copies of letters that were sent to Wilmington College Board of Trustees and local citizens regarding appointments and non-reappointments.
