Biography

Fritzi Huber is a Wilmington-based artist specializing in hand papermaking, whose work has been exhibited in galleries as diverse as Brazil’s Bienal International de Artes, Switzerland’s Musee du Pays et Val de Charney, and St. John’s museum in Wilmington, North Carolina. She has received teaching grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the California Arts Council, and the North Carolina Arts Council, and has been the artist-in-residence with the DREAMS program, an arts outreach program for at-risk children in New Hanover County, for five years.
